Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for course registrations. If you are unable to attend the course for which you registered, you may request a one-time credit to enroll in the same course at a later date, subject to availability. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of the original course purchase date. In accordance with state requirements, any missed units—not just hours—must be made up. These make-up sessions can be completed at no additional cost, based on the course schedule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
