Ready to start your journey toward a real estate license? Take the first step today! This course is required for individuals seeking to obtain a Connecticut real estate salesperson license. Classes are held on an ongoing basis, twice a week—Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 PM to 9 PM. To complete the course and qualify for the final exam, students must complete all 20 modules. The good news? You can start at any time and make up any missed units when the class cycles through again or by attending the needed modules on a different date. Each class covers an independent topic, so you won’t be lost if you don’t begin with Module 1. The full course consists of 20 modules and includes 60 hours of instruction. What’s more? Textbooks are included! After successfully completing the course and passing the final exam, you’ll receive a certificate of completion, making you eligible to take the Connecticut real estate salesperson licensing exam, administered by PSI.
