Real Estate Salesperson Pre-License Course

Ready to start your journey toward a real estate license? Take the first step today!

This course is required for individuals seeking to obtain a Connecticut real estate salesperson license.

To complete the course and qualify for the final exam, students must complete all 20 modules. The good news? You can start at any time! The full course consists of 20 modules and includes 60 hours of instruction. Each class covers an independent topic, so you won’t be lost if you don’t begin with Module 1.

Classes in English are held evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 PM to 9 PM, and mornings on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:15 AM to 12:15 PM. Classes in Spanish are also available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 PM to 9 PM. Students are allowed to attend any class according to the schedule.

After successfully completing the course and passing the final exam, you’ll receive a certificate of completion, making you eligible to take the Connecticut real estate salesperson licensing exam, administered by PSI.
